I was an original Sprint customer and was not too happy and changed over to Nextel. Nextel was an improvement until Sprint bought them out. Now all of a sudden I drop calls all the time and can't even use the direct connect but I can call and use up my minutes. Something is wrong. I don't recommend Sprint/Nextel at all.

I've had my Sprint phone for almost a year now, and I'm satisfied with it. I recently have had both T-Mobile, and Verizon, and sufficed to say, Verizon and T-Mobile are terrible with service in this area! With Verizon, my phone was always dropping calls, and the reception sucked! Their costomer service was great, but that's not enough to keep me with them. T-mobile is just as bad as Verizon, but their customer service was pathetic! I wanted to port my number from t-mobile to sprint and they refused to do it! When I made the switch, a rep from Sprint assiated me in the process, and was very willing to make sure I was satisfied. I would have to give their costomer service a very good rating, and their line-up for phones is quite good, They have come out with several newer models to compensate for the bad ones they had in the past, and since their merger with nextel, it has been gettingbetter. I should note that I am a former Sprint care rep, but left the company, so my views remain neutral. Every company has it's bad apples, but I'm happy with what I have.

I own a Samsung SCH-A740 with the service going through Sprint. I've had the phone for almost a year now, and it's been great. The menus are easy to learn, the camera has good picture quality, and battery life is sufficient for what I need. I'm impressed with it. If anyone is looking to get an inexpensive camera phone, I would suggest this model, or it's newer version, the SCH-A840. I've seen both phones in action, and I'm impressed with them both, but I decided on the A740.

I currently have been an Sprint PCS customer for almost 6 years. My newest phone a Samsung SCP-200 I consider to be a piece of engineering junk. It does not have the ability that my other Nokia phone had. They have exchanged it for me once and I am still dissatisfied with it. So tomorrow I will call them and voice my complaints
