	I have had other cell carriers, one of which I refer to as 'the evil empire.' I am now with Cingular and am very happy with them. Customer Service is excellent. The website is good. I realize that there cannot be service in every nook and cranny of this world and live with it. My family is with Cingular so calls are just to cost of my plan. I will be adding my children to the Family Talk Plan when the time comes.

	Worst Company by far!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have never had so many dropped calls as with Cingular . MY phone is the most expensive and is not worth a dime . How low is the bar before they could say "Raising the bar". I have Alltel beside it and Cing is dead and Alltel is at least 4 bars all the time

	I think all cell phone companies lack a lot, but not to the degree of Cingular. I left Alltel after 9 years over an automatic contract renewal. Cingular has made me wish I was back with Alltel. They are consistent though. There is not a time I have called them, that I have not gotten off the phone once, that I have not been pissed off. What did we ever do before cell phones?
