  I have been with Nextel for about five years. I used to love them, there service was great. "my friends used to refer to me as a Nextel salesman" At one point I even owned stock in them. I cant hold a call, its so hard to keep a signal no matter where I go New York or Florida. I dont know what is going on with them, but the service is horrible. I sent on phone flying out my window at 70 mph

  I do a lot of driving and there is always a problem with keeping connection with your party your talking with, also when shopping in any mall I just can not get a signal or make a call there is something that needs to be done besides keep paying for a service that can provide for you.

  Nextel use to be great until they merged with sprint. I was in Grapevine, TX and could'nt get a signal for the entire day. My wife got a hold of me that evening after leaving Grapevine and told me that my voicemail stated it was trying to locate a sprint customer. Ever since then my signal is getting worse and worse. I hate Sprint with a passion and extreme prejudice. I am in business for myself and love my work but I have to keep as many irritations
out of my life as possible. Nextel and Sprint merging is the worst decision Nextel could have ever made.

  Stay away from this company they are the worst cell company in the united states, they are the most expensive and have the worst coverage, customer service and hidden charges. i can not see paying more than $100.00 a month for a cell plan even with the direct connect, my first bill was $256.00 and my second bill was $351.00, thats more than my truck payment. i feel if i don't pay the cancellation fee and get the hell away from them, they will put me out of business.

  I just switched from nextel to T-mobile, the cost of nextel is wauy to high as are the customer service people they are some of the rudest people i have evr had to deal with, would advise not to go with nextel
