  Verizon is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have been a cell phone user since 1990. ATT wireless and Cingular are much better!

  the coverage is probably the best (although my current phone from cingular works fine too) and so is the call quality... but their customer service is absolutely awful and very unhelpful in most EVERYTHING! not necessarily worth is considering its the most expensive cell phone service.

  I'll be switching to Cingular when my contract expires in March '06. When I first got with Verizon, I was on the Verizon network with full bars. Then about a year later, it went to Extended network. I called customer service, and they said they can't do anything about it. Now, sometimes I get no signal, and droppped calls. They still say they can't do anything about it. I went on another cell review website, and found other people who had the exact same problem with Verizon.

Do you hear me now? NO!

  Verizon technician refused to replace my phone, still under warranty, which broke under normal wear and tear. Also customer service didn't think enough of me, a long-time, pay-in-full, multi-phone customer, to correct the matter.
